Payment Reminders

You are now able to send outstanding payment reminders to your clients from both the client profile and the workflow tab. 


To send the outstanding payment reminder from the client's profile:

  1. Select Finances > Invoices
  2. Select the checkbox next to an unpaid invoice 
  3. Click the “Send Payment Reminder” button


To send an outstanding payment reminder to your client from the workflow tab:

  1. Select either Unpaid or Unpaid > 30
  2. Click the checkbox next to an invoice 
  3. Click the “Send Payment Reminder” button


You can edit the default email message that is sent with these payment reminders in Settings > Payment Details. Be sure to click the green save button to save any changes made here. 

Your client will then receive an email reminding them of their outstanding payment, along with the associated invoice.
